First-Time Home Purchase
We shopped around as a first-time home buyer. We read good reviews about John Armstrong homes and contacted it through Zillow. We came in contact with Julie who is a wonderful realtor and member of JA team. She explained the many issues and concerns we had as a first time buyer .They operate as a team, have connections everywhere in the local market. We were recommended to MSI loans who gave us a wide variety of mortgage options. We got the best interest rates and were pre-approved immediately. Julie is a very efficient and excellent communicator throughout the process. She also got us the help of a professional home inspection team and we were very happy with their service. Her negotiation skills and sincerity are commendable. We are extremely happy and couldn't have done this without her expertise and knowledge. Thanks a lot!!

I can't say enough great things about John. He actually helped us obtain our first home and not only walked us through the process but also looked out for us when it came to things we didn't understand.
